Borrowed Camera

Yesterday, my son ask me if he could borrow my camera.....

My CAMERA? Being fellow bloggers, you all understand the gravity of this question. Hesitantly, I consented.

When he returned it, I uploaded the pictures, and this is what I found~
The next one is my personal favorite~

He sat the camera up on the dresser and used the timer function (which incidentally, I don't even know how to do) except for the last one in which he just held the camera out in front. Simply Precious:)

Our cat Tigger is truly the most gentle and tolerant cat on the planet. He and my DS are about the same age, Tigger is 6 months younger. They are growing up together and certainly share a special bond. My son often refers to Tigger as his best friend, and it would seem Tigger feels the same way:)

Hope everyone has a Happy LEAP Day!! It is supposed to be warm this weekend and I have potatoes, onions and lettuce to plant so I won't be around very much. Hope you all have a great one and I'll see you in a couple of days~Rhonda

Happy Leap Day to you and hello from Brooklyn, NY! Your son is adorable. I don't know how to use the camera timer either ...wow how did he know how to do that?
Have a great weekend! Patti
PS I enjoyed the Celtic music on your blog.

He knows how to use the timer????!!!! He's a GENIUS! Does he make house calls, cause I have no idea how to use this function! Seriously though sweetie, he's a gorgeous boy, I can see why you adore him so! Hope you have a wonderful weekend out pottering in the yard!

Cute, cute! Why do those things (using the self-timer) come so easy to kids? I didn't know my camera took b/w photos until my son got ahold of it and didn't change it back (I had to get the book out to figure that one out) and I don't know how to use the timer either.
We were going through some videos one day and came across one my youngest son had made at about the same your son is (he is 21 now) he put the video camera on the floor and made a movie with his ninja turtles!

How CUTE! Isn't is amazing that kids are so quick to figure out electronics? Have fun planting this weekend!

Just popping in from Jan's and I have to say that this is the cutest post I've seen in a long time. Your son is quite the photographer...we could all take some lessons! Love that the cat seems so "involved" too!
