What's A Christ-Follower To Do? VOTE!

"When you become entitled to exercise the right to vote for public officials, let it be impressed upon your mind that God commands you to choose for rulers, 'just men who rule in the fear of God.' ...if citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted." Noah Webster

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities...." Ephesians 6:12

The Right to Life

Yesterday, my Pastor reminded us that as Christians we are to make our choices based on "the core values that sync up to biblical truth." Tomorrow, when I cast my ballot I will take that reminder to the polls.

"When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan." Proverbs 29:2

Great post.. it really makes me wonder how many Christian or so called are not voting the Bible. Yes God gives us choice and we will reap from it.
i have felt from day one God is calling this nation back to him. He said when MY people hear my voice and TURN. Some are listening to something other than his voice.

I agree with your post. Unfortunately, I think that a lot of people in our society think that they have morals and are blind to the perversion of those morals.

I do pray that the Lord's truth be revealed to all, and that all that are called by Him will desire that His will be done.

Wonderful post. It appears that people voted with their pocketbooks this time.
How could anyone look at that precious little unborn child and not realize there is a life?
These days, I'm finding comfort in Habakkuk 3:17-18.
